how making+6 to+12? Empty how making+6 to+12?

hey all,just started yesterday nice server and nice players also,
how can i make +6? do i really need 4 +5 stones ?
because there are 4 slots now and 2 +5 stones dont work,
have fun evrybody

the other 2 slots are for gems , buy a couple cheap gems any gem will be good
